About Energy Dynamix
Caroline Small (Bsc hons) created Energy Dynamix in 2010 to promote self-empowerment, wellness of body, mind, emotions and spirit, bringing balance and harmony to all. Bringing together her own deep knowledge and love of her subject; her study and own interpretation of pioneers within the “multi-sensory” and physical fields, Caroline uses an intuitive, proactive and structured approach to tailor a bespoke package according to the individual and their needs.
Caroline has been working with energy medicine, health and fitness, extensively for the last 25 years. She is qualified 'Colour' and 'Light' Practitioner, Teacher and Lifestyle Coach and has taught Colour Therapy and Intuitive workshops in the Uk and abroad. Her belief is that light, together with colour and form is an ideal method of holistic healing for the 21st century.
After a career in business management Caroline has worked as a freelance event organiser, holistic therapist and cardiac rehabilitation exercise instructor before reading for an Honours degree in Sports Health and Fitness .
Her first introduction of colour was through an apprenticeship with Primrose Cooper: Author of 'The Power of Light'. including a workshop by Jacob Liberman: author of 'Light Medicine of the Future'. This experience enabled Caroline to researching her interest in colour which led to her having 'papers' published in the new and exciting area of research, called the impact of colour on self-esteem during exercise (British Journal of Sport Science, Feb 2010). With her experience in her chosen topic growing Caroline has lectured at both Plymouth and Southampton' Universities.
She is a member of the Society of Sports Therapists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
