Active Air Therapy
Active Air Therapy

Active Air® is an innovative inhalation therapy for all age groups that has enormous therapeutic and preventative potential. As opposed to conventional oxygen therapies, Active Air® therapy helps the body to increase its use of oxygen in a natural way without an additional supply of oxygen and without foreign substances. This can have an amazing impact on many symptoms of chronic disease as well as enhance your body’s self-healing and anti-ageing mechanisms.thereby helping to increase health and vitality.

How does it work?

Air breathed in and oxygen in its inactive state cannot be utilised by the body. Therefore it is activated in the body and hence made usable for building energy. The transformation of oxygen from inactive to active is essential to releases vital energy. This natural process of transformation is replicated by the Active Air® device i.e respiratory air is pulled into the Active Air® device through an air inlet. In the bottle filled with filtered or bottled water, the air is purified and moistened. The energy released (relaxation energy from singlet oxygen) is transported through water molecules in the air moisture and inhaled through a nasal cannula.

Are there any risks or side effects?

There are no risks or side effects and can be applied in conjunction with traditional medicine and/or natural and alternative remedies. However as the body begins to adapt as it takes on Active Air there has been reports intially of a runny nose, unclean skin such as small spots, headaches or nausea, a ‘muzzy head’, drowsiness or tingling in the extremities (fingers and toes) or disruption in sleep patterns in the initial stages, as the body begins to recognise the Activated Oxygen yet finds it too ‘powerful’ to respond to without a significant detoxification / ‘healing’ reaction. On a positive note, these ‘healing’ symptoms show that your body is reactive and responsive to this therapy, though in the initial acclimatisation stages, this can be quite off putting if not expected. This is viewed as a positive response and after a short period should settle down as long-term stress is reduced, the relaxation and regeneration phase begins.
How long is a treatment session?
Generally we recommend a 20 minutes session 2-3 times a week. However for chronic conditions, physical and mental stresses daily use is suggested.

* Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is known as the permanent reaction of the heart to external and internal stimuli with our general state of health being gauged better when there is a higher level of reaction. Heart Rate Variability shows the interaction between the sympathetic (tension) and parasympathetic (release) nervous systems. Reportedly where Heart Rate Variability was recorded lower ailments such as Heart conditions, Metabolic Disorders, Depression, forms of neuropathy (nerve damage) and other general health problems along with Cancer were found to exist.
